What cancelling costs depends on the rate you booked. Every rate is listed here in plain words; the terms of your booking are also in your confirmation.

Our rates

  • Flexible

    Pay at the hotel, card as guarantee. Free cancellation until 3 days before arrival.

    Pay at the hotel.Your card serves as a guarantee; nothing is charged when you book.
    Cancellation
    • Free of charge until 3 days before arrival.
    • After that and for no-shows: the price of 1 night.

  • Prepaid

    10 % cheaper. Paid at booking, non-refundable.

    Paid in full when you book.
    Cancellation
    • Non-refundable: if you cancel or do not arrive, the full room price is charged.

For every rate

  • Fees are based on the room price; extras and the visitor's tax are not charged when you cancel.
  • A deadline ends at midnight (the hotel's local time) on the day stated before arrival.
  • Cancel through the link in your booking confirmation or by calling the reception.
